Do you offer samples?
Yes, there are small fees for samples as well as shipping costs but this amount is deducted from your purchase. 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping for our wholesale clients. 
Unfortunately we currently do not offer worldwide shipping for retail customers.


How long does processing take?
Depends on the product and quantities.  
If the products are in stock at our warehouse, will call is available the next business day.
if it's a product that needs to be brought in, the usual time is anywhere from 5 to 21 days.

How much does shipping cost?
We encourage will call pickup.
If you need to have products shipped to you, we use Uship.com for all our freight needs.  
We can provide freight quotes and there are no handling fees.


How can I track my order?
We provide you with a tracking number once your products have shipped.

Can I return or exchange an item?
No.  We do not offer exchange, credit or refunds on wholesale purchases. 
Once payment is made, all sales are FINAL. 


Can I cancel my order?
No, once a purchase order has been paid for, orders may not be cancelled and product must be picked up.
